September is an amazing month in Monterosso.
Crowds thin, temperatures drop though the water stays warm from the hot August sun - soft breezes meet occasional, short showers that leave clouds dotting the horizon, reflecting the incredible blue of the Ligurian Sea.
From these pictures, it's easy to see why September is some people's favorite month here in Monterosso. It's breathtaking.
